Started separating cardio and strength training. It’s nice, Im not at the gym nearly as long and I can get my shake in asap after weight lifting. Been doing (f)asted cardio, wait a few hours, then gym it again

[f] I switched up my cardio to do 5-10 minute incline walk with arm circles and shoulder stretches to warm up, then the elliptical after weight lifting! Feels really good :)
