Plank pose (kumbhakasana), one of my favorite poses. Able to hold the pose for more than a minute thanks to constant practice. Plus doing it naked helps with confidence and finding errors to fix with the pose.
A Saturday morning reading what happens next in the Dune series is a good one for sure.

Getting one more comfortable naked moment before the start of the work week. Every moment without clothes gives anyone that boost of body confidence as it does me.
It’s nice having a personal library in your place, because you can be always be naked as you read about new subjects or grand epics.
So I learned that it’s international read naked day. Given how hot it’s been lately, I won’t say no to that 😆.
