Celebrating 30th birthday, of course, in my birthday suit 😝. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

Something about morning rain that provides a calming start to the morning. Also nice having the place to myself 😁.

Suns out, buns out 😂. Finally got a chance to soak up some sun for an all over tan. Feels refreshing!

So I learned that it’s international read naked day. Given how hot it’s been lately, I won’t say no to that 😆.

Plank pose (kumbhakasana), one of my favorite poses. Able to hold the pose for more than a minute thanks to constant practice. Plus doing it naked helps with confidence and finding errors to fix with the pose.

Letting the body breathe after a long run is so refreshing. Hope everyone is enjoying the day, naked or otherwise.

Unfortunate to be quarantined, but taking the chance to enjoy little things like a cup of tea in the morning.

Getting one more comfortable naked moment before the start of the work week. Every moment without clothes gives anyone that boost of body confidence as it does me.
