A Saturday morning reading what happens next in the Dune series is a good one for sure.

Always something new to learn as a biologist.

Finally some quiet time, and no better way to spend it like reading.

Saw the movie, now I’m getting my hooked on the Dune novels. A brain twister just to keep up with everything going on.

Love having to imagine the world I’m reading about, makes me have to be creative with what’s happening.

Love the days when I can watch the snowfall.

Celebrating 30th birthday, of course, in my birthday suit 😝. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

So I learned that it’s international read naked day. Given how hot it’s been lately, I won’t say no to that 😆.

Plank pose (kumbhakasana), one of my favorite poses. Able to hold the pose for more than a minute thanks to constant practice. Plus doing it naked helps with confidence and finding errors to fix with the pose.

Letting the body breathe after a long run is so refreshing. Hope everyone is enjoying the day, naked or otherwise.

Unfortunate to be quarantined, but taking the chance to enjoy little things like a cup of tea in the morning.
