I used to be a good, disciplined girl. Remind me that I have the self control and discipline in me to do this again.

I gained and hid because of shame for far too long. But I'm finally back, and will hopefully post more. Feed me (words of encouragement). I'm listening intently and just want praise.

I've been away because of I've been ashamed of weight gain...I'm bloated and over my safety weight and it shows. But I'm here for accountability and to fix my mistakes. Whisper to me the purity that lies in bones and emptiness.

I may feel dizzy, but I made a promise to be stronger than hunger.

I'm going to shower. I hope to come back to some encouraging comments to keep this body pure and empty.
