Self-care and lots of introvert time these last few months has been helping me get back to my loves-hanging-out-with-people self.

It’s my birthday and I love birthdays! I’ve been in a funk recently (depression runs in my family) and this is the most excited I’ve felt in a while :D

My butt and I, we’ve been through a lot together.

Nothing like taking my bra off at the end of the day.

2018 Body Gratitude Month 4 Day 2 - Eating deep dish pizza today, I felt full after a single slice. Yay for baby steps in learning to read my satiety cues. (And NO my motivation is not to lose weight, but rather to learn to listen to my body's needs.)

2018 Body Gratitude Month 4 Day 10 - this morning instead of my usual podcasts/YouTube, I chose silence. With just my thoughts, I jogged a bit, mindfully ate breakfast, & masturbated in the shower. Silence was a good choice.

2018 Body Gratitude Month 4 Day 22 - many selfie smiles are fake & so are many frownie faces. I'm not as far along in my confidence about being a woman with facial hair as I will be one day. But I'm SO much further than I used to be.
